Please read carefully the Terms & Conditions set out below before going on to confirm any booking.
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings with DreamCyprusVillas.Com
Any booking made by you through this website will be deemed to be an offer by you to rent the relevant accommodation under these Terms & Conditions.
The person who makes the booking must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking and accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is also responsible for all payments due from the party.
A booking made by you will be under the assumption that you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions.
Liability:
DreamCyprusVillas.Com accepts no liability in regards to any aspect of the booking; and in particular accepts no liability for any loss, personal injury/illness or death regardless of the circumstances. We use all reasonable care in making sure that the information provided to you is accurate; that the quality of the facilities and accommodation remains high, but we cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any problems that may arise during your stay in one of the villas or apartments.
Payments:
A deposit is required when making a booking. If the booking is made within 1 calendar month of the date of your arrival then full payment is required.
If only a deposit is paid then full payment is required one month from the time of making a booking. If we are unable to confirm the availability of your selected accommodation then all monies paid will be refunded.
Please be aware that a booking is only finalized when you have made a payment and received a confirmation email or letter by us.
If we do not receive the full balance when it becomes due then we reserve the right to cancel your booking without any refund.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your booking at any time but please be aware that no refund will be made for any payments already made. We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover any loss arising from involuntary cancellation.
Occupancy:
The accommodation selected by you is only allowed to be occupied by those members of your party who have all been specified on the booking form. We do not accept large single sex groups, hen or stag parties. We do not allow pets either.
You may add or amend members of your party but you must notify us at least 1 working day before the date of your arrival.
Under no circumstances should the accommodation sleep more than the maximum occupancy numbers allowed. This is for your health and safety.
Conduct:
It is your responsibility to make sure your party does not behave in a way that endangers or causes offence to others. It is also your responsibility to ensure that no damage occurs to property belonging to others. If you or any member of your party is deemed to have behaved in such a manner then we have the right to terminate your arrangements with us and to remove you from the property if necessary.
We ask you to treat the locals and other guests and holidaymakers in a courteous and considerate manner at all times.
Linen & Cleaning:
When you arrive your booked accommodation will be clean and have fresh linen. Cleaning services and fresh linen will only be provided for every complete seven nights stay after your first week. So your stay needs to be at least 14 nights to qualify for a mid-stay clean. If your length of stay does not qualify for this then you can request maid service which will incur an additional charge.
Breakages & Cleanliness:
The accommodation provided to you is done so on the understanding that the property will be looked after in a reasonable manner. We will ask for a breakages deposit before your arrival to guard against any breakages or damage during your stay.
You will be considered responsible for any such damage done to the property during your stay.
Your security deposit will be returned to you once a full inventory check has been carried out and you should receive this a week after having checked-out.
Air-Conditioning:
All air-conditioning units must only be used while you are in the property. All windows and doors must be shut whilst they are in operation. Under no circumstances are they to be left on while the property is unoccupied.
Building Work:
Any building work which may commence in the area is outside our control and we cannot accept liability for any disturbance caused as a result of any such work.
If we become aware of any building work that may spoil your enjoyment of the accommodation then we will notify you as soon as possible and endeavour to find you alternative accommodation.
Check-in & Check-out Times:
Access to your accommodation will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival.
The property must be vacated by 11am on your day of departure.
