The kitchen leads into a spacious dining area where the whole family can sit down together to enjoy relaxing meals. The huge and comfortable lounge area is where you can really relax and put your feet up on one of the three settees and entertain yourself with a DVD or tune into one of the many English and European channels on the satellite system. There is also a downstairs bathroom for your convenience.

Once upstairs, the spacious landing leads to one of four bedrooms and the main bathroom. There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin room with en-suite shower room and 2 twin rooms which are all comfortable and designed to ensure you get maximum rest at night so that you can enjoy each day fully. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space.

Outside you will find the garden area with a large swimming pool surrounded by greenery, a barbeque for dining al fresco, sun loungers, and plenty of comfortable furniture. There is also a drive way for one car.

The nearest shops, bars and restaurants can be located only a mere 5 minutes walk away towards the main road. The Cypriot town of Paralimni is 5 minutes drive away while the lively resorts of Protaras and Agia Napa can be driven to in 10 and 15 minutes respectively.
