The villa sits in a prime location on the palm tree lined, stunning Blue Water Bay development in which you can see the Mediterranean at the end of the road. The villa is large, open and modern. Each room is classically furnished and has a unique modern and minimalist style.

The kitchen is well sized and fully equipped. Both living and dining areas have fully upholstered leather sofas and chairs for maximum comfort and relaxation. French doors open out onto the spacious front porch and lush shrubs.

The villa sleeps up to 6 people and has 3 generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large, queen sized wooden slated bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a small balcony overlooking the palm tree lined street. The bedroom also features an additional large en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms both contain 2 single beds each and similarly, have ample wardrobe space.

The garden comes complete with a private pool, outdoor furniture including a large table, chairs and sun loungers for outstanding 'al fresco' enjoyment.

This villa is centrally heated which makes it ideal for those mildly cold, yet perpetually sunny winters!!

The villa is located merely 5 minutes walk to the local beach and coastline where you can take leisurely strolls or swim and snorkel in the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean sea. A couple of minutes walk from the villa will also take you to the local Kapparis main road where various bars, excellent tavernas and restaurants can be found. A small supermarket and car hire rental office are also located close by.

The resorts of Protaras and Agia Napa are only a 10 and 15 minute drive away respectively if you wish to enjoy what they have to offer. The quaint Cypriot town of Paralimni is also only a 5 minute drive away and here you can see a bit of the local people and culture
