The villa is set on the upmarket Blue Water Bay development, a palm tree lined avenue that leads down to the azure blue of the Mediterranean and one of the local beaches.

The villa has an open plan dining/kitchen and lounge area. The spacious lounge area has a TV/DVD player with a satellite system with films, 24 hour news and a children’s channel. The sofa can also fold out into a bed sleeping an additional 2 people if necessary. The dining table area comfortably seats up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The villa has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with a small balcony overlooking the pool area. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms come with plenty of wardrobe space and an en-suite shower room.
