The ground floor is open plan and very well laid out with a dining area, lounge area and of course a modern and fully equipped kitchen. This comes with what is expected of a modern kitchen so you will find a gas cooker with oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The lounge area is comfortably designed with a TV/DVD player and also satellite TV for those nights where you want to just stay in. One of the couches folds out into a comfortable bed which sleeps 2.

The main bedroom with a very comfortable double bed comes with en-suite shower room and plenty of cupboard space. The balcony from the bedroom boasts views of the entire palm tree lined avenue and of course the beautiful alluring shades of azure of the Mediterranean.

The other bedroom also comes with en-suite and has twin beds. Plenty of cupboard space is also available.

The beautiful garden area of the villa comes also with outdoor seating and barbecue for those wonderful summer nights of dining. The final touch is the jacuzzi which seats up to 4 people. This is useable all year round and can be heated for a most relaxing hydro-massage.

The villa is situated very close to the main Kapparis road where great atmospheric bars, restaurants, supermarkets, car and bike hire outlets are located. There is also a large supermarket located 5 minutes drive away.

The beautiful little beach at the end of the road is easily reached with a 5 minute walk where one can swim in the lovely crystal clear waters. Numerous other beaches are located all along the coast and many are easily accessible from the villa.

The resort of Protaras is just 5 minutes drive away and Agia Napa just another 10 minutes further. The local Cypriot town of Paralimni is also just a 5 minute drive away.
