A few steps outside the front door and a mere look to your right, you are greeted with the iridescent aqua hues of the stunning Mediterranean sea.

The local and fine Skoutari beach is only 2 minutes walk away. A few minutes more of a further venture along the coast will take you to a few other lovely beaches, all perfect for swimming, sunbathing or perhaps snorkelling for those of you more exploration inclined!

You also have the easy accessibility to Kapparis’s fine local bars, restaurants and tavernas, all within minutes walk away. A short distance drive from the villa will take you to the lively area of Protaras and the unique hub of Ayia Napa where you can further explore a multitude of fine cuisine, shops and some of the best beaches on the island.
