Both bedrooms are a good size, have ample in-built cupboard space and each have their own en suite shower room. The main bedroom also has its own balcony which leads out to your own stunning private view of the surrounding development and the ever-present, spectacular sun-blessed skies.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a patio area where you can bask in the sun on the outdoor seating or stay cool and relax in the Jacuzzi!. The additional barbeque allows for idyllic evenings dining alfresco under the pleasant and warm sky.

The villa is within minutes stroll away from the local and friendly Kapparis main street. Here you will find a good selection of restaurants and traditional tavernas, shops, bars and pubs.

Spectacularly located by the coast, you can easily reach the many stunning local beaches which are only minutes walk away from the villa. A further ten and fifteen minute drive away will take you to the lively tourists hubs of Ayia Napa and Protaras.
