The apartment is newly refurbished and is modern, open and spacious. Within, there is a fully fitted kitchen complete with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and everything you’ll need to whip up something tasty in the kitchen! The living room area is light, airy and extremely spacious and opens out onto an enormous balcony. From here, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy either sunbathing in your own private space or make the most of the long warm evenings relaxing and dining on the comfortable outdoor furniture.

The apartment sleeps up to a maximum of four people. The bedroom has two single beds with ample room and storage space. There is room for another further two people on the stylish and comfortable sofa-bed in the sitting room.

Additionally, there is private access to an inviting and well sized outdoor pool for all apartments located on the premises.

The apartment is situated in a super area of Ayia Napa, just off the main road. It is centrally located but isn’t too close to the main hub of the noise and excitement, which is ideal as you can have the choice of choosing whether you want to get involved or not!

Literally outside the door of the apartment lies an abundant of restaurants, all serving fantastic, high quality food. Depending on whether you fancy a Chinese or just some chips, Ayia Napa caters for all tastes and preferences.

As the apartment is very centrally located, you’re never really more than a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk to the nearest beaches around the area. Ayia Napa is home to the famous Nissi beach (the apartment is actually just off Nissi Avenue!) where you’ll be met with clean, smooth white sands and the gentle tranquillity of the Mediterranean Sea. A 10 minute drive will take you to the family resort of Protaras and a further 10 minute drive will take you to Kapparis, a local and friendly area with stunning beaches and beautiful coastlines. The lovely and picturesque Cypriot town of Paralimni is also close by. If you have hired a car, you can take the coastal road where you’ll be able to experience the journey with unrivalled views of the natural beauty of Cyprus’s coastline.
