This newly built apartment is welcoming and spacious, with it's own private balcony, perfect for watching the sun set! The kitchen/dining area is open plan and equipped with a dish washer, washing machine and fridge freezer ~ everything you need to make your stay hassle free and enhance your holiday experience. There is a double room and a twin room, plus a double sofa bed. For your extra comfort and convenience, the apartment is air conditioned and has it's own designated parking space.

During the long sunny days you can relax around the communal pool and surrounding gardens, or take a 5 minute stroll to the most beautiful coved sandy beaches.

The apartment is situated in a quite area off the main road, with a 10 minute walk to the local supermarket. A variety of restaurants and bars are located close by for an enjoyable evening out. Paralimni is a 10 minutes drive away or take a 15 minute drive to Ayia Napa, for even more choices of places to visit and restaurants and bars to enjoy.

Larnaca Airport is 50 minutes drive away.
